Reduction Plastics manufacturing facility is powered by HV and LV fully integrated electrical infrastructure designed for efficiency, safety, and reliability. The project includes the installation of advanced power distribution systems. Our electrical team implemented precision wiring and process automation to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.
From design and installation to testing and commissioning, every aspect of the electrical work was completed in compliance with industrial standards and safety regulations. The result is a modern, high-performance plastics factory equipped with smart electrical solutions that optimize productivity, reduce downtime, and support sustainable operations.
Work Carried Out
- Design and installation of complete electrical distribution systems
- Installation of main switchboards, sub-panels, and cable management systems
- Installation of lighting, power outlets, and emergency backup systems
- Implementation of energy-efficient solutions and power factor correction
- Electrical testing, inspection, and certification to meet safety standards
- Our Team installed a fully addressable Fire Alarm system consisting of automatic detection, manual call points, AV Sounders and aspirating apparatus
